I am Aelwin Charles Bacaron. But you can call me "Cha" or "Charles". I graduated BSN but I really didn't practice my profession. After finishing college I focused myself on my chosen industry. I don't have any experience in working and I don't want to put myself into the "rat race". I am fan of learning from the mistakes, knowledge and experience of other people and I know that this will lead me to the SUCCESS that am reaching. Base on my observation I've learned the lessons of being an employee vs the BOSS. I found out that whatever position you may have in your work as an employee you still be an employee and making rich the BOSS. As I learned all of these lessons I told to myself that I will never be an employee but employer someday. ^_^
