Planning According to Urwick…

“Planning is a mental predisposition to do things in orderly way, to think before acting and to act in the light of facts rather than guesses”. Planning is deciding best alternative among others to perform different managerial functions in order to achieve predetermined goals.

Step in Planning
        Establishment of objectives
        Planning requires a systematic approach.
Planning starts with the setting of goals and objectives to be achieved.
Objectives provide a rationale for undertaking various activities as well as indicate direction of efforts.
Moreover objectives focus the attention of managers on the end results to be achieved.
As a matter of fact, objectives provide nucleus to the planning process. Therefore, objectives should be stated in a clear, precise and unambiguous language. Otherwise the activities undertaken are bound to be ineffective.
As far as possible, objectives should be stated in quantitative terms. For example, Number of men working, wages given, units produced, etc. But such an objective cannot be stated in quantitative terms like performance of quality control manager, effectiveness of personnel manager.
Such goals should be specified in qualitative terms.
Hence objectives should be practical, acceptable, workable and achievable.

The Importance of Planning
As rightly said by Thomas A. Edison, Being busy doesn’t always mean real work. The objective of all work is Production or Accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence and honest purpose, as well as perspiration.
The plan will not solve all your problems. Planning is not a magic bullet for curing what ails. It is just one of the vital ingredients needed for success. However, Planning enables you to turn your dreams into reality. Planning is an essential stepping stone to business success. Failing to plan to win is the same as planning to lose! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Planning is a lively activity revise it, regularly as needed, as it is process that involves making and evaluating each set of interrelated decisions. It is selection of organisation’s mission, objectives, values, beliefs and translation of knowledge into action.

Often project planning is ignored in favour of getting on with the work. However, many people fail to realise the value of a project plan in saving time, money and many problems.

What Must Know Before Engaging Into A Great Business?

Let me give you a short and brief background of me for you to learn things happened to me that might happen to you now days.

I started Network Marketing way back 2009 and I was trained to build my business in a very traditional way. I did everything I was told to do the 3 foot rule, the flyers and posters at the mall; I pitch everybody in my family and in my circle of influence. And am not going to tell you that none of these things work let me just clear it up “am not going to tell you that non of these things work” but I will tell you that they did not work on the speed that I want them to work in.

Let’s fast forward on the year 2010 and am still doing the things that I was told to do and this is the time of my life that am doing everything that I can. I spend a lot for my trainings to make my income the way that I want it to be. I got lot of debts and still everything is still going slow. As what I can see that some of the members of my particular company are doing well and I was motivated to push through.  My company is doing pretty well until now.

As time went on I was still slow in my company when it comes to making money. I started to look out and searching for some kind of different things and I started studying attraction marketing and internet marketing and I decided to focus in my learning’s and in my online marketing campaigns and someday go back to my traditional mLm businesses when am ready. I started making money using the internet and I found out that all successful people are using attraction marketing. And now am willing to share my knowledge and all the benefits to everyone if they choose to work with me.

There Are Two Types Of People In Our Industry.

1.     The Peddlers that push their products and services to everyone that still breathing and they are usually the one who pursue someone to join them in their opportunity. No value to offer.

What is this ALL ABOUT?? ^_^

To get straight to the point, our opportunity is an online-based
affiliate business where you make $25 (or P1,200) every time
someone buys from your site. Best part is, every time someone
buys from THEIR site, you get a training bonus worth P1,200 as
well. It really adds up. It's membership-based, so you get paid
monthly! How do you think companies like MERALCO, PLDT,
SMART, or GLOBE got rich? It's because they get paid every
month! Passive, residual income for you!

JOB! is work or slavery?

J.O.B. - Is an acronym means Just Over Broke.
- it is just to over broke and lots of people kept on stocking their whole life to be trapped for being an employee or being called “rat race”.

RAT RACE – if a person is been trapped for being an employee on their particular job.
-                           If a person in a business has no development and not leveraging because they don’t have personality growth and development
-                           The most delicate thing to be in your life if you are a dreamer of having wealth.

FEAR – it’s illusion in network marketing
– Acronym means False Expectation Affecting Reality; False expectation appearing real.
- It is negative emotion that threatens the growth and development of the person if he/she uses it negatively.
-          If you want to be successful in your life it is positive to use this negative emotion as inspiration.
-          Use it to develop your skills and talents.
-          It is the reason why we always survive in the survival of the fittest.

TYPES OF FEAR

FEAR OF FAILURE – surest way to fail is never try it at all.
-          Being afraid of starting or to step forward.

FEAR OF SUCCESS – being afraid to start what might bring them success and prosperity.
-          Some people are might afraid just to do it because they are very uncomfortable for a change; they avoid anything that represents change.

FEAR OF LOST we are all afraid of losing all the things that we have, we are afraid to lose our wallet, our money, family and opportunity.
